Alan GrahamAugust 14, 2026I did my very first renovation and it was a demolition and remodelling of an en-suite. I chose QBBR based on their online review and I was not disappointed. I was initially apprehensive to have people working in and out of my home but it proved to be unwarranted. From the initial meeting, design, quotation and proceeding onto the physical work, Michael and his team of tradespeople were professional and punctual, and explained everything (even the novice simplistic questions) in a clear, concise, considerate and unhurried manner. Michael also diligently replies to every email and answers all queries, and I found that very reassuring as I was a first-timer. When an unanticipated water damage was discovered during demolition, there was no fuss at all and the right people were assigned to rectify the damage and time inserted into their schedule to accommodate the additional work. I also appreciated that at the end of everyday, the tradespeople always cleaned up after themselves, including vacuuming and sweeping, and shaking out the drop sheets. All in all, it was seamlessly done from start to finish. If I were to need another bathroom done, I would have no hesitation in hiring Michael and QBBR.

LeonDecember 10, 2025Ours was a difficult renovation, including discovery of termite damage in the ceiling batons and uneven walls. Peter coordinated the trades from close range with frequent check ins and effective, on-the-spot problem-solving. All the tradies, from demolition crews to plumbers, carpenters and electricians were highly skilled and easy to deal with. Neither the budget nor timeframe blew out and we are super-pleased with the result. Recommend!

Lee JeanesDecember 17, 2024The word "budget" is often associated with 'poor quality' - not in this case. Peter has correctly called his business "QUALITY budget Bathrooms" - and he's dead on. We engaged Peter for a full gut and replacement of our main bathroom, ensuite, laundry and toilet. He and his team did a fantastic job and made the process easy. All the way from the initial planning and quotes, through to the selections and finally, the build - the whole process was easy and stress free. Whilst all building projects - especially the ones which involve a retrofit - have their issues, any problems were quickly resolved and the end result is fantastic. We love our new spaces and would recommend Peter and his team to anyone looking for a great job at a fair and reasonable price.
