Step 1. Consultation and Design
Every successful renovation begins with a conversation.
During your in-home consultation, we'll discuss your ideas, lifestyle requirements, budget and design preferences. We'll assess your existing bathroom and work with you to create a practical design solution that maximises both style and functionality. If required, we'll also develop a new floor plan to better utilise your space.
Step 2. Detailed Quotation
Within one week of your consultation, we'll provide a comprehensive quotation.
Your quote will clearly outline the scope of works, fixtures, fittings and materials required for your renovation. We believe in transparency, so you'll know exactly what's included before any work begins.
Step 3. Works and Payment Agreement
Once you're happy to proceed, we'll prepare a Works and Payment Agreement that outlines:
- Start and completion dates
- Scope of works
- Payment schedule
- Project inclusions
This gives you confidence that your renovation will be delivered exactly as agreed — with no unexpected surprises.
Step 4. Product Selections
Now comes the exciting part.
We'll help you select tiles, tapware, vanities, toilets and accessories from our trusted suppliers. If you'd prefer a simpler process, we can guide you through our carefully selected product ranges and help coordinate your selections.
Step 5. Site Preparation
Before work begins, we take every step to protect your home.
We install floor protection, cover surrounding areas and implement dust-control measures where required. Demolition materials and construction waste are safely contained and removed throughout the project to keep your home as clean and organised as possible.
Step 6. Construction
Our tradespeople will manage every stage of your renovation, including:
- Demolition
- Plumbing and electrical rough-in
- Wall and floor preparation
- Waterproofing
- Tiling
- Painting
- Plumbing and electrical fit-off
Throughout the project, we'll keep you informed of progress and ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and workmanship.
Step 7. Completion & Handover
As the final touches are completed, we install all accessories including mirrors, towel rails, shelving and fixtures.
We then conduct a final quality inspection before presenting your completed bathroom. Once handover is complete, all that's left for you to do is enjoy your beautiful new space.
